Terms of Purchase of Ohpoily

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products (including versatile staples and exclusive occasionwear) from Ohpoily (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website www.ohpoily.com (the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you (“you” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Acceptance
1.1 Order Submission
When you place an order on our Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price, subject to these Terms. All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on the Site are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product details, or availability before confirming your order.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified the availability of the products, confirmed payment, and processed your order. Acceptance of your order is complete only when we send the Order Confirmation, at which point a binding contract between you and Ohpoily is formed.
1.3 Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before shipment if: (a) the product is out of stock or unavailable; (b) there is a pricing or product description error; (c) we are unable to verify your payment information; or (d) we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after you have made payment, we will refund the full amount paid to you in accordance with Section 5 (Refunds). You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. Once your order has been shipped, you may return the products in accordance with Section 4 (Returns).
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Pricing
All product prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (where required by law). Prices do not include shipping fees, but Ohpoily offers free global shipping on all orders (see Section 3 for details). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and recognized digital payment platforms (e.g., PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3 Payment Processing
Payment will be processed at the time you place your order. If your payment is declined, we will notify you via email, and your order will not be processed until valid payment is received. 3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Timeline
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location but are estimated to be 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. This delivery timeline applies to all orders, regardless of whether the destination is domestic (within the United States) or international—no additional distinction is made for domestic vs. international delivery times.
3.2 Global Free Shipping
Ohpoily offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping. We use reputable shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local postal services) to ensure timely and secure delivery.
3.3 Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
3.4 Delivery Responsibilities
We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped in a timely manner, but we are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs delays, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or incorrect shipping information provided by you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information (including address, city, postal code, and contact number). If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to reship the order.
4. Returns
4.1 Return Eligibility
Ohpoily offers a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must: (a) be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed); (b) have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact; (c) not be personalized or custom-made (unless the product is defective); and (d) be accompanied by a copy of the Order Confirmation or proof of purchase.
4.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address).
- Package the product(s) securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship the return using a trackable shipping carrier. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or error on our part (in which case we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of shipping).
4.3 Return Inspection
Upon receiving your returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify eligibility. If the product(s) meet the return criteria, we will process your refund in accordance with Section 5. If the product(s) are deemed ineligible (e.g., damaged, used, or missing tags), we will notify you via email and may return the product(s) to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once your returned product(s) have been inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. The timing of when the refund appears in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
5.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned product(s) in USD. Shipping fees (if applicable—though Ohpoily offers free global shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or error on our part.
5.3 Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for: (a) products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria (see Section 4.1); (b) products returned after the 60-day return period; (c) personalized or custom-made products (unless defective); or (d) products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item), please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the product and the defect/damage, and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, full refund, or repair (if applicable). We will cover all shipping costs associated with replacing or returning defective/incorrect products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ohpoily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product(s) in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Site, with the new effective date noted at the top. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically before making a purchase. Your continued use of our Site and placement of orders after the effective date of any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
